Hi, I’m Sarah — your flexibility coach. With 10+ years of teaching experience and 15+ years as a performer, I’ve spent years learning what helps bodies move better. As both a performer and a desk worker, I understand how difficult it can be to stay consistent with mobility when life gets busy. My goal is to make flexibility feel approachable, effective, and realistic — so you can reduce stiffness, move with more ease, and build habits that support your body long-term.
